let us know when you are going to call. We do not return phone
calls (play phone tag) without prior email contact. We are just a mom and pop
shop - mostly "pop" - who happen to have a passion for
Walnut and all of its beautiful uses. There is no
secretary. The best way to contact us is via
email as I am in the shop (no Phone) or off-site most of the time.
I know emailing specs. and details can be time consuming, I'm not a
fast typist, but email provides an invaluable, and time saving
reference source. Without it my desk would be awash with
ineffective Post-It-notes. If, given all of the above, you still
need to call it's best to email me ahead of time indicating when you
will be calling so I can try to be by the phone. If you get the
answering system be sure to indicate a time you want a call
back. I hate phone tag!
